Al utilitzar la m\u00fasica com un element motivador, \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil concentrar-se en l&#8217;exercici.<br \/>\nEls avantatges d&#8217;entrenar amb m\u00fasica poden ser molts, segons la persona, uns dels quals poden ser:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Disminueix la sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;esfor\u00e7<\/strong>: El complement motivador de la m\u00fasica unit a la concentraci\u00f3, ajuda a evitar la monotonia en els exercicis que son molt repetitius (per exemple les s\u00e8ries o fartleks).<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Augmenta la motivaci\u00f3<\/strong>: Moltes vegades s&#8217;ha utilitzat la m\u00fasica per motivar, ja sigui en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de l&#8217;esport, treball o altres. Una m\u00fasica adequada ens aporta sensacions positives i ens ajuda a millorar el nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Millora la concentraci\u00f3<\/strong>: La m\u00fasica pot causar la sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estar a\u00efllat de les distraccions de l&#8217;exterior. Ens pot ajudar a focalitzar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a la tasca que estem realitzant (a l&#8217;exercici\/entrenament).<\/p>\n<p>Per altre banda, no tot poden ser avantatges. Existeixen alguns inconvenients d&#8217;entrenar amb m\u00fasica, que tampoc \u00e9s que ens siguin molt complicats de solucionar.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Ens pot relaxar en exc\u00e9s<\/strong>: No \u00e9s habitual, per\u00f2 se&#8217;ns pot anar m\u00e9s la concentraci\u00f3 en remenar el m\u00f2bil\/mp3 escoltant i seleccionant la m\u00fasica, que no pas en el exercici\/entrenament en si. Aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s culpa de la m\u00fasica, sin\u00f3 que podria ser de la poca motivaci\u00f3 per part nostre per fer l&#8217;exercici.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Ens pot distreure i no prendre atenci\u00f3<\/strong>: \u00c9s estrany, per\u00f2 es veuen runners o ciclistes anant per llocs urbans oberts al tr\u00e0nsit, amb els auriculars posats. Sens dubte la m\u00fasica ens motiva si, per\u00f2 pot ser un problema si ens concentrem massa en l&#8217;exercici fins el punt que pot arribar a ser perill\u00f3s al no posar atenci\u00f3 al que ens envolta.<\/p>\n<p>En resum, una m\u00fasica que no ens agradi gaire, ens pot donar la sensaci\u00f3 que l&#8217;entrenament ens sembli m\u00e9s dur i repetitiu. Per\u00f2 al final tot aquest tema de la m\u00fasica \u00e9s molt personal.<br \/>\nUna bona m\u00fasica pot ser l&#8217;element clau tant per entrenar com per altres tasques del dia a dia.
